Have Sky ever called themselves? One would think not!

All I wanted to do was call and say I was moving house! nah – that was beyond them, herein follows the “feedback” I filled out on their website; only to be told thae an error had occured and I should re enter – yeah cos they are worth the effort: 

Hello – currently waiting on the phone for someone to answer – my question is if I am through to the correct person after 4 layers of menus. why is the wait so long?
If you answer is that “you’re busy”, then I don’t need a reply as I guessed that. However, if it’s that my call is being answered by a sub sub sub sub team, then why direct the call to such a small team?
PS – if my calls ends up in
India, I will drop the call and cancel my DD, that way you’ll call me!
